Quota has a board consisting of a president, first vice president, second vice president, treasurer, secretary and four directors. The board and officers are elected each year after nominations by a nominating committee and nominations from the floor. After the club votes on the nominations, the officers are installed in May and begin serving in June. It is suggested that officers serve no more than two years in the same position.
