The Hearing and Speech Committee champions communication access and awareness across our community. By addressing identified needs and promoting understanding of communication disorders, the committee empowers individuals and supports inclusive opportunities for growth and connection.

 

Each year, the committee provides scholarship support. Members oversee the full scholarship process—from application review and recipient selection to determining award amounts—ensuring thoughtful and equitable support

 

The committee leads a variety of initiatives designed to raise awareness and provide tangible support in these areas:

• Inclusive Arts Access

• Service Dog Support

• Communication Device Funding

• ASL Tuition Assistance
